You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and managing your user data. You are accountable for all activities associated with your account, including those conducted by others. TranquilNet offers an unlimited subscription, which users manage. A 3-day trial is available, with auto-renewal and pricing subject to change. You can manage your subscription via account settings.
You agree to comply with local laws while using TranquilNet globally. You must not reverse-engineer, resell, distribute, or use TranquilNet to create competing products, transmit illegal content, attempt unauthorized access, or compromise its operation.
We provide the service and software without warranties. We are not liable for damages resulting from user identity exposure or VPN server performance. TranquilNet is provided "as is," without guarantees for uninterrupted operation or complete data protection.
You agree to indemnify TranquilNet and its affiliates from any claims or demands, including legal fees, arising from your use of TranquilNet.
Terminating this agreement revokes your access and license to use TranquilNet. Termination may occur due to atypical usage. Upon termination, all licenses are revoked, and access to TranquilNet is denied.
